About

Ali Haidar

Cloud Architect & Software Developer

Founder Story

Ali Haidar is a Lebanese-Canadian cloud architect and software developer based in London, Ontario. With over 6 years of professional experience, he has delivered production systems for the Government of Canada, built data pipelines for federal agencies, and developed SaaS platforms serving Canadian government departments.

His career spans full-stack product development (5 years at Oproma building PriviDox for Public Services and Procurement Canada), enterprise data engineering (CRTC compliance platform, Library and Archives Canada digitization, federal mailbox migration), and cloud integration architecture (currently contracting for a federal government agency on Azure integration and observability).

He founded Haidar Tech Solutions to bring enterprise-grade expertise to organizations that can't afford large consulting firms — delivering the same quality of work he does for the federal government, scoped and priced for real business budgets.

How I Work

Four Things That Don't Change

Outcomes over buzzwords

Every engagement has a defined, measurable result. Not a deliverable document — an actual outcome you can point to.

Documentation is a deliverable

You own the knowledge, not just the code. Every project ships with runbooks and architecture decision records.

No permanent dependency

The goal is to solve the problem and leave you self-sufficient. You should never need to call back for something that was already built.

Federal-grade quality

The same standards applied to Government of Canada systems, applied to your business — regardless of size.
